HSA operates on a networking basis bringing together appropriate teams of professionals to meet our client needs.

HSA associates work with professionals in the field who possess excellent academic credentials and vast business experience. We are seeking independent contractors to work on projects with HSA. These individuals should possess a solid background in instructional design. This includes conducting task analyses and developing highly interactive, learner-centered and performance-based instruction. Experience developing various types of instructional interventions including classroom-based, web-based, technology-based and print-based self-study is an asset.

HSA is also looking for individuals who possess project management experience. These individuals must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively. They must be very experienced instructional designers, able to coach and mentor HSA associates working on their project team.

HSA recognizes both the expertise and experience of consultants with appropriate compensation and opportunities for increasingly more challenging projects and roles.
